Teaching at PEN Education is a customized management programme designed to help students at all levels to develop study skills and gain academic confidence. We know from experience that these skills can be extrapolated and applied to all subject to yield significantly improved performance and grades.
Individual students are matched to a tutor who is both thoroughly experienced in the specific subject matter and perfectly capable of imparting their knowledge and enthusiasm. This use of an individual tutor greatly enhances the standard material taught in class curriculums, while simultaneously tailoring it to the individual student.
PEN Education Primary courses are designed prepare the student for the Opportunity Class Test, the Independent School Entrance Examination, and the selective High School Placement test. Courses for students in years seven to nine are designed to develop the reading and writing skills essential for success in high school and beyond.
Students in the grades one through to six are also offered the PEN Education speech and debate Programme. The develops the student’s ability to make strong arguments, speak with authority and express opinions with clarity and precision.
